Once your order has been processed and created (if ordering made to order items), orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or UPS, which varies between 3-5 business days.
Orders can take up 10-12 business days to process and produce.
Please keep in mind that we are a small business and all things are created by hand!
Call or email us right away if you need to make a change on your order. GypSea Blue does not accept cancellation of orders. We apologize for any inconveniences.
We gladly issue refunds to damaged items. Please email us for more information cheri@GypSeaBlue.com
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a refund within 7 days if the item is returned to the shop, unused and in original condition. Please email cheri@GypSeaBlue.com with order# within 7 days of purchase.
We do not accept cancellations.
